OC Scent Co. Return and Exchange Policy (UK & Ireland)

Thank you for shopping with The OC Scent Co. We want you to feel celebrated with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return and exchange policy is designed to be seamless, transparent, and effortless.

  • 1) Returns & Exchanges Overview
    • You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
    • - Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
    • Some categories may have special return guidelines
  • 2) Eligibility Criteria
    • To be eligible for a return or exchange:
      • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
      • All original packaging, tags, instruction cards, and accessories must be included.
      • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
    • Non-eligible items:
      • Gift cards
      • Downloadable software or apps
      • Final sale or clearance items
      • Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
  • 3) How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • 2. Enter your order number and email to start the process.
    • 3. Tell us the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and provide reason codes.
    • 4. We will send a prepaid return label (available for domestic UK & Ireland returns) or send instructions for carrier drop-off.
    • 5. Ship the items back in their original packaging.
  • Note: For UK & Ireland customers, we align with local consumer rights standards and ensure a smooth, premium experience. If you require a prepaid label for international returns, please contact support.
  • 4) Processing Time
    • Returns: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days outside bank holidays.
    • Exchanges: If an exchange is requested, the new item will be shipped once the return is received and inspected. If the preferred size/color is unavailable, you’ll be notified with alternative options or a full refund.
  • 5) Refund Details
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
    • If a gift was purchased and shipped directly, you may choose to receive a refund to the original payment method or a OC Scent gift card for the same value.
  • 6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
    • We’ll arrange a free return shipping label and issue a replacement or refund promptly.
  • 7) International Returns (UK & Ireland Focus)
    • UK & Ireland returns are covered under our domestic policy. For overseas orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and duties/taxes unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
      • Return shipping labels for international orders are provided where applicable; otherwise, customers may arrange their own shipment with a valid tracking number./li>
  • 8) Exclusions and Special Cases
    • Discounted and Final sale: Some items may be marked as discounted or final sale; those are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Personalization: Monogrammed or customized items are typically not returnable unless defective.
    • Insurance: For high-value items, retain the tracking number and insurance on all returns until the process is complete.

    • The OC Scent Co. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the date of modification.
